There are currently two Battalions within the 138th Infantry1969-ben a Csepel, Tanácsház tér (ma Szent Imre tér) és Csepel, autógyár között közlekedő 38-as busz gyorsjáratot kapott, ami az akkori szokásoknak megfelelően a 138-as jelölést kapta.
