Career Clarity is a forum for people to clarify their targeted industries, roles and job titles and develop their marketing plans and other materials needed as part of a HIREDTexas Career Action Team. Even if you choose not to join a Career Action Team, being clear about what you want will help your job search.

Testimonials

Hired Texas has become a much-valued partner in my job search. In addition to the materials presented at the weekly meetings, forums, and links to community and resources, the individual classes offered have allowed me to learn more about necessary topics in smaller hands-on classes and forums.

One of the most helpful for me has been the Career Clarity forum. In my last job, I often found myself parked in my car outside work for increasingly greater periods of time convincing myself that I really needed to go in. When my layoff came, I had more feelings of relief than anything else.

Career Clarity offers different topics and guided avenues of self-exploration and group sharing that has helped me realize my strengths and weaknesses, what my wants and needs are, and what skills I have that truly excite me, as well as what doesn’t. As a result, I am now focused on what really matters to me to help find my next job that will not have me running for the hills or hiding out in my car from dread.
