Personality Test: Myers-Briggs (Online)
This assessment will put you into one of 16 personality types based on the work of Carl Jung. After taking the test, you will get a seven category analysis of your character. E-mail the results to yourself to make it easier to print for review.

Strengths Test (Online)
Want to learn what are your strengths and weaknesses? This test will define your 5 strongest and your 1 weakest aptitude from 27 aptitudes tested, and tell you what's in the middle. Print a copy of the results.
Work Values Test (Online)
Use this free work value assessment to determine the work values that motivate you. This work values inventory measures nine career values similar to those in the theory of career anchors from Dr. Edgar Schein at MIT. Print a copy of the results.
Team Roles Test (Online)
According to team roles theory there are specific different team roles. They can be functional, organizational, personal or even skillful. Every team should consist of different roles, depending on the goals the team wants to achieve. A team that does not have the ideal composition may run into problems.
This test is inspired by ideas on team roles theories, generalized competency frameworks and knowledge of the Big Five personality theory. It measures roles found in businesses and management teams throughout the world in many cultures. Print a copy of the results.
