Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) – This Texas Children's Medicaid program is designed for families with incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid yet still unable to afford to buy private insurance for their children. CHIP coverage provides a full range of health services including regular checkups, immunizations, prescription drugs, lab tests, x-rays, hospital visits and more. | Chip processing center: HHSC, PO Box 14200, Midland, TX 79711-4200. | The program can be accessed by calling 211 or the Medicaid client hotline: 800.252.8263 | Chip call center: 877.543.7669 or 800.647.6558

Lone Star Circle of Care - LSCC is a federally qualified community health center (FQHC) providing affordable, quality healthcare to the uninsured and underserved in Central Texas. There are no residency, income, insurance or other restrictions to receive care. With approximately 25 clinics (and growing) in Williamson, Bell and Travis Counties, LSCC provides seniors, adults and children with primary care, general dentistry, women’s health and OB/GYN, psychiatry and behavioral health services. Low cost prescription drugs and specialty referrals are also available. Uninsured patients go through a program registration process to determine their fee level, based on federal poverty guidelines. | 877.800.5722 |

Medicine Assistance Tool – Helps qualifying patients without prescription drug coverage get the medicines they need through the program that is right for them. Many will get their medications free or nearly free. Call Monday – Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST | 888.477.2669

Round Rock Serving Center - Financial assistance for utilities, rent, prescriptions, transportation, clothing & furniture vouchers, and temporary lodging. RxAssist - Website features comprehensive financial assistance program for prescription medications. Also, learn ways to use pharmaceutical company programs and other resources to help reduce your medication costs.

Sacred Heart Clinic of Round Rock - The Sacred Heart Community Clinic (SHCC) provides outpatient health and dental services to the medically underserved residents of the Williamson County area. Samaritan Health Ministries – Healthcare for the uninsured, including acute, non-emergency care, medications refills, mental health services and dental care. SingleCare- A medical discount plan offering discounted prescriptions, dental care, vision care, and video doctor visits.

Williamson County and Cities Health District – Public Health Department Offices in Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock and Taylor. Call to find out if you qualify for a medical program or low cost primary care in Williamson County. Some of the services include flu shots, adult immunizations, HIV/STD testing, prescription discount cards and TB tests.
