St. David’s Mobile Dental Program — The program treats adults referred by area clinics and the Health Alliance of Austin Musicians (HAAM). Each of the six vans is equipped with two dental exam rooms, digital x-rays, and computer workstations. The vans are staffed by licensed dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants. The Dental Program can provide fillings, root canals, extractions, cleanings, and some urgent care but CANNOT provide dentures, partials, bridges, crowns, braces, periodontal surgery, or wisdom tooth extraction. Texas Dental Association Smiles Foundation – TDASF is the charitable arm of the Texas Dental Association, whose mission is to educate the public and profession about oral health and improve access to dental care for citizens of Texas.
