Nancy Clayborne, Secretary
Nancy is an alumni of the HIREDTexas program since 2009, and has achieved a career change from engineering to accounting. Using her newly acquired accounting skills, Nancy served as Treasurer for HIREDTexas from November 2012 to July 2017, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
HIRED Texas has a unique approach, and I have always come away feeling my questions were answered and I learned something new. Our goal is for that to continue!
Nancy empowers people as they search for meaningful work and challenges them to use the best job search strategies.
She is a full-time career coach/workshop facilitator at Workforce Solutions in Round Rock and works part time with high school students at College Funding Specialists.
Sunil manages the development of products and services. He operates at both the strategic and tactical level, preferring at this stage to focus more on the strategic side.
As President of HIREDTexas Sunil focused on building the financial and program foundations of the organization. He was involved in developing several programs the organization offers today.
Sunil still volunteers for Hired Texas leading the Personal Branding Forum, a format and content he developed.
A native Texan, I was born in Lampasas, and raised mostly in Austin, after spending a year in Japan (Dad was career Air Force, and moved a LOT). I married Carol in 1970, and we raised a son. I received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Chapman University, in Orange, CA. I began my master's degree in Computer Science, and allowed life and other events to get in the way before it was completed. While in California, I was Secretary of the Apple Corps of San Diego (ACSD), a non-profit learning environment for the early Apple Computers, and was integral to the non-profit incorporation of that organization. I am a Past Master of Normal Heights Lodge, a masonic organization, and served with the Grand Lodge of Masons in California.
I am a retired Veteran, and spent several years in California, completing my Navy career, and beginning my work in Software Engineering and Database Administration. I became an integral part of space satellite development with Raytheon and Boeing.
Currently, I am an Audio/Video Production Engineer, and volunteer for several non-profit organizations. I assist in the recording and production of videos that are posted online. I enjoy driving, and have toured several parts of the country by car.
Chris is the driving force behind our speaker line-up and a regular contributor of training solutions to our Resource listings.
Using his networking skills, Chris meets potential speakers, determines their level of interest in addressing our group, and works with them to book presentations on topics we can all learn more about. Silvia is an experienced association executive who enjoys applying her management and marketing background to help nonprofits and small business owners grow.
Betty is enjoying retirement while exploring the creative crafting of beadwork, crochet, cross stitch and paper arts.
In addition she enjoys the social and mental benefits of volunteering at HIRED Texas as a Computer Training instructor and working as Secretary and member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization.
Judy is passionate about providing bold strategies to help job seekers optimize their potential and increase their value.
After many years engaged as a Human Resources Professional, she is semi-retired and works part-time as a career transition coach.
Patti Boyle is a transformational business coach, international speaker, recognized entrepreneur and former corporate executive, who has improved and inspired dynamic growth and results from start-ups to Fortune 10 corporations. Her passion and purpose is to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to achieve peak passion, potential, productivity and profitability.

Lynn Burdick is a Certified Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach and Certified NLP Master Practitioner, speaker and author. Her mission is to help women over 40 identify and unlock their passion project so they can enjoy purposeful and authentic lives while generating reliable income.
Do you use an iPhone, iPad, or a Macintosh computer? Are you having issues setting up or using these devices that are impacting your job search? Gary Cernosek is a fellow job seeker and has volunteered to be your “Personal Technology Coach.”
Gary specializes in Apple products and will help you get your IT problems out of the way so you can focus on finding a new job. He can also review your time management practices and share which tools he uses in his own job search activities.
Gary routinely attends the HIREDTexas main meeting and will hang around after the session to meet you and see what he can do to help.
Sheri manages the Christian Science Reading Room, a Christian bookstore and haven for study on your spiritual journey.
She is owner/designer of her on line of custom semi-precious gemstone jewelry.
She joined HIREDTexas during a career transition and stayed afterwards to help others during their job search. She shares what she learned here about using LinkedIn in the most effective way through the Hands-On LinkedIn forum..

Do your orders fall through the cracks? Do you see the material just disappear? Do you need production analysis reports that capture the data that you are not currently seeing? My production planning skills can provide that visibility, and also shrinks cracks and give visibility to missing material that you thought you lost.
My MS Excel skills in writing macros and creating pivot tables can take imported data whether from Tableau, Cognos, SAP or JD Edwards and provide visibility of your customer orders that are delinquent.
Do you need someone to schedule your production, position production material needs to support that production and to release shop orders? I have a proven track record of making this happen accurately and efficiently.
Do you need someone to be the liaison between customer service and production? I can be that individual who can work with production, so that the concerns of sales, engineering, procurement, customer service and management are aligned to reach their monthly goals.
As well as being individual contributor I am also an effective team player and one who is not satisfied with the status quo. I am tenacious and results oriented as I seek to bring efficiency to the tasks at hand. Being collaborative where needed, as well as using innovation and rethinking when what I am working on is not working.
I am loyal to the team and bring to completion tasks and projects of the team to closure as quickly as possible. I want to work for a company I can build a quality working relationship with and have a growing track record of value.
I have used my photography skills to make your headshot on social media stand out and help you look the best you can be. I am the volunteer photographer for HIREDTexas, handling LinkedIn head shots the last Tuesday of the month as well as photography at special events like the After Hours Networking events.
